1. Introduction
Welcome to rohinimenon.com (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Platform and services, including enrollment in one‑to‑one tutoring programs (the “Programs”). By visiting or using this Platform, registering, or enrolling in a Program, you (or your legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Only individuals aged 18 or above (or legal guardians on behalf of minors) can register.
You must provide accurate, up‑to‑date personal info (name, email, phone, billing address, child details).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.

3. Programs & Services
We deliver live one‑to‑one tutoring sessions, course materials, scheduling support, and communication tools.
We may use third‑party tools or platforms (e.g. video conferencing) to deliver the service.

4. Payment, Currency & Taxes
Fees are payable in advance using payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay) or other supported methods.
You may see prices in various currencies, but conversion and foreign exchange charges are your responsibility.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or local levies in your jurisdiction.
Payment processing is handled via PCI DSS–compliant gateways; we do not store your full card data.

5. Razorpay & Payment Gateway Terms
By transacting via Razorpay, you implicitly accept Razorpay’s terms, privacy policies, and KYC requirements.
Razorpay may perform due diligence, identity verification, or decline payments per its policies.
For cross‑border payments, currency conversions, reversal, dispute, and chargeback processes follow the rules of the payment processor and card network.

6. Scheduling & Rescheduling
At enrollment, you will schedule sessions.
Rescheduling is allowed within published cutoff periods (e.g. 24–48 hours before session) through support.
Repeated last‑minute cancellations/no‑shows may result in forfeiture of sessions or denial of site privileges.

7. Refunds & Cancellation (see separate policy)
We offer a 15‑day money‑back guarantee.
After 15 days, pro‑rata refunds for unused sessions may be permitted under conditions.
All refund terms and processes are detailed in the Refund Policy below.

8. Content & Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, slides, and related IP are owned by us (or licensed) and are for your personal learning only.
You may not copy, distribute, publicize, modify, adapt, or use materials for commercial purposes without express written consent.

9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious purposes. You must not scrape, hack, reverse‑engineer, or attempt unauthorized access.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We provide services with reasonable skill, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration or courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
Use‑wide consumer protection rights may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms for legal, operational, or compliance reasons. We will notify changes by posting updated Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
