CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Scope
Applies to all one-to-one tutoring programs purchased via rohinimenon.com.

2. 15‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied within 15 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of the program fee, no questions asked.

3. After 15 Days
If you discontinue mid-program, a pro-rata refund may be offered for unused sessions (deducting completed session fees and non-recoverable costs). We may refuse refunds if abuse is evident.

4. Request Process
Submit refund request via support email or contact form, with your order ID and reason. We typically respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Timing & Method
If approved, refund is sent to the original payment method. Time for funds to appear depends on banks/country — typically 7–10 business days but could vary in cross-border cases.

6. International Payments
Refunds for payments made internationally are subject to payment gateway policies, currency conversion, and possible bank charges. The refunded amount may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations or fees.

7. Exclusions & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect policy abuse: frequent cancellations, repeated refund requests, or usage inconsistent with fair use.

8. Disputes
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the governing law/jurisdiction as in Terms & Conditions.
